Our 1st Footy Baby Classes are designed for babies from newborn through to walking, giving parents and little ones a fun, relaxed and engaging introduction to movement, play and early development.

Each session will use a mixture of sensory activities, music, movement, colourful equipment and gentle football-themed play to help support babies as they grow and develop.

Activities will be adapted to each stage of development and may include:

• Visual tracking and sensory play
• Tummy time and reaching activities
• Grasping, rolling and coordination
• Crawling and movement challenges
• Balance and early standing activities
• Music, songs and action games
• Parent and baby interaction
• Gentle ball play using soft, age-appropriate equipment

The sessions are not about teaching babies to play football. Instead, they are designed to help develop early physical skills, confidence and coordination while creating a positive first experience of sport and movement.

There will also be a strong focus on parent and baby bonding, giving parents the opportunity to enjoy quality time with their little one while meeting other families in a friendly and welcoming environment.

As babies progress towards crawling, standing and walking, activities will naturally become more active and encourage greater independence and exploration.

Our aim is simple: to make movement fun from the very beginning and give every child a positive start to their 1st Footy journey.
